Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients of Opperex Consultant may request a refund of consultancy fees paid for our visa and immigration advisory services, including study visas, visit visas, family visas, KSA visas, Umrah visas, and Azad visas. By engaging our services and making payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Consultancy Fees vs. Third-Party Fees

Our refund policy applies only to consultancy service fees paid to Opperex Consultant. It does not apply to third-party costs already paid or incurred on your behalf, including but not limited to:

  • Government or embassy visa fees

  • Application/examination fees (e.g., IELTS, biometrics)

  • Courier, notarization, or document attestation charges

  • Any other third-party service already rendered

These amounts are non-refundable once paid, as they are remitted to external authorities or service providers and are outside our control.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellation

If a client chooses to voluntarily withdraw from or terminate their service agreement with Opperex Consultant after signing the contract and making payment, the following applies:

A 40% deduction will be made from the total consultancy fee paid, and the remaining 60% will be refunded to the client, provided that:

  • The request for cancellation is submitted in writing (via email) to Opperex Consultant

  • The visa application has not yet reached final submission or approval stage with the relevant embassy/authority [adjust this condition based on your actual process.

  • The deduction covers the consultation time, documentation review, case assessment, and administrative work already completed on the client's file

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Fees are non-refundable in full under the following circumstances:

  • The visa application has already been submitted to the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority

  • The client provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documentation

  • The client failed to respond to document requests or communication within 20 days, resulting in the case being closed

  • The client independently withdraws after visa approval has been granted.

5. Visa Refusal by Embassy/Authority

If a visa application is refused by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority despite our services being properly rendered, please note:

  • Opperex Consultant does not guarantee visa approval, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

  • Consultancy fees are non-refundable in the event of a visa refusal, as our service covers preparation and submission support, not the outcome of the government's decision. 

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date the cancellation request is confirmed in writing.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or payment gateway charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

8. Changes to This Policy

Opperex Consultant reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
