3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

While we apply our expertise and experience to help strengthen your application, we cannot and do not guarantee visa approval, processing times, or outcomes of any kind. All final decisions regarding visa issuance rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of the destination country. Visa approval depends on factors outside our control, including but not limited to the accuracy and authenticity of documents provided by the client, changes in immigration policy, and the discretion of the reviewing authority.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

5. Fees and Payments

  • Our consultancy fees are separate from any government, embassy, visa, examination, or third-party fees, which are the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Fee structures will be clearly communicated before you engage our services.

6. Confidentiality

We understand that visa applications involve sensitive personal and financial information. We are committed to handling your documents and personal data with confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to process your application or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opperex Consultant, its employees, and consultants shall not be liable for:
